Privacy Policy

SchemaForge is designed with privacy in mind. All your trial data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Information We Collect

SchemaForge does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All data you enter into the app — including trial names, treatment details, results, and attached images — is stored exclusively on your device.

Data Storage

Photo Library Access

SchemaForge requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to attach images to result sections and adverse event records. Photos are copied into the app's local storage and are not shared with any external service.

Analytics & Tracking

SchemaForge does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage patterns, behavior, or any other activity within the app.

Third-Party Services

SchemaForge does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or data brokers. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to operate.

Children's Privacy

SchemaForge is designed for healthcare professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data Deletion

You can delete any trial and its associated data at any time from within the app. To remove all data, simply delete the app from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Getting Started

Create a trial

Tap the + button on the main screen. Enter the trial name, registration number, disease indication, and choose a color theme.

Set up treatment arms

In the Edit tab, add as many arms as needed. Set the randomization ratio for each arm and choose a color to distinguish them in the diagram.

Add treatment phases

Add one or more phases such as Neoadjuvant, Treatment, or Adjuvant. Give each phase an optional subtitle such as the number of cycles and duration.

Enter treatments

Under Treatments, tap the + next to each phase for each arm. Enter the drug name, dose, and schedule separately for clarity in the diagram.

Add milestones

Under Milestones, tap Add Milestone and choose which phase it follows. Use this for procedures such as surgery or biopsy between phases.

Add eligibility and endpoints

Add key inclusion criteria, stratification factors, and primary and secondary endpoints. These appear in the diagram automatically.

Results tab

Add result sections with text notes and attach images such as Kaplan-Meier curves, forest plots, or response rate tables.

Adverse Events tab

Add safety summaries with descriptive text and attach toxicity tables or bar charts from your publications.

Zoom the diagram

Pinch to zoom in or out on the schema diagram. Use the zoom buttons in the bottom right corner to fine-tune the view.

Change theme

Switch the color theme at any time from the Edit tab or when creating a new trial. The diagram updates instantly.

Categories

Assign a category to each trial such as the tumor type or disease area. Use the filter bar on the main screen to browse by category.

Export

Tap the share icon at the top right of any trial to export the schema as a high-resolution PNG image or a PDF document.

Delete a trial

Long-press or right-click a trial card on the main screen and choose Delete to remove it and all its associated data.
